Reda is a lovely gentleman and nothing is ever too much to ask from his pharmacy team. The industrious staff are quick to implement any changes needed and have acute prescriptions issued the same day as requested from the GP service. Unicare Pharmacy was also instrumental in helping us to rebalance our medication run so we are now not requesting medications daily but are on a singular monthly run. Nothing is ever to much trouble and the fact that the pharmacy is open six days a week has given us greater flexibility to ensure the pharmacological needs of our residents are met. The pharmacist from Unicare Pharmacy has also come into service and assisted with our medication MAR chart co-ordination and has very useful tips to keep all administration and recording complete.
